Turning something bad into something good, or something ugly into something beautiful is often as easy as looking at it differently. What and how we think has a direct result on our mood and actions. Over the next 12 months I am going to see how hard or easy this actually is. Can bad/ugly things that happen every day really have an up-side? Let's see...

Bad - Good
Was a tough day today. While driving in my car, I heard the words of a song...
'...life makes love work...'. And I realised that yes, when you love - family, friends - sometimes it is hard work. Hard but worth it.
