Sad - Happy
Today I am adding Sad and Happy to my focal points.
Today is the anniversary of my mother's death. She died 22 years ago. While I feel sad at the thought of not having her in my life, I am happy that I had her for as long as I did. I know she would be so proud of the things I've done and the person that I've become.
